Curriculum Taught

• Grooming and skin care for male or female. Women will learn make-up application for a fresh polished look. This class will also discuss confidence building with good posture, walking and sitting with confidence and power. (A list of what to bring will be provided prior to the first session.)
  
  
• Hair care, wardrobe, public speaking, posture and poise, walking with grace and elegance. (Bring your favorite hair care products to share with the class.)
  
  
• Exercise, diet and nutrition, posture and walking techniques. (Bring a yoga mat or large towel to sit on.)
  
  
• Fashion Coordinating. You learn about fashion, fabrics, and of course - how to put it all together on a conservative budget.
  
  
• Hand and nail care, public speaking, walking techniques, social etiquette, learn how to interact with others in a business setting and social setting. We will discuss Positive Thinking, Prosperity Thinking, Confidence Building & Self Awareness.
  
  
• Formal table etiquette. Learn techniques when dining at a five star restaurant as well as how to dine at home with family and friends. You will be taught basis table etiquette and protocol that is Universal, and also techniques in American and European dinning.
  
  
• Learn how to speak in public comfortably. We use techniques in role playing, doing commercials, and poetry reading to help you get over your fear. This is a fun class that will amaze you with results and have you in front of an audience in know time! You will begin to learn techniques in photo posing and never take another bad photo again.
  
  
• Protocol on the Do's and Don'ts when interacting with people, conflict resolution, how to put you best self forward and earn respect from others. More on body language as it relates to posture and confidence.
  
  
• An overview on all you have learned. You are expected to make a public speech on a topic of your choice and you will be tweaked on deliverance, and style in delivery. You will also be tweaked in your over all appearance.
  
  
• Learn more techniques on how to pose for the camera. This class is very important because everyone takes pictures whether it is for personal or business use. Make sure you know the technique to help you take a perfect picture know matter what the occasion. Professional photo sessions can be arranged.
